Abstract

Global predictive models of human development are analyzed: Kondratiev cycles, industrial revolutionary development, the concept of the "Club of Rome" model. The convergence of bio-nano and information technologies are presented as ways out of the modern crisis. The priority areas of development such as energy, ecology, food, are substantiated. The problems of the key processes of food technology - extraction and dehydration - are discussed. It is shown that electrodynamic technologies are an effective tool for solving the main problems. A hypothesis about the possibility of using electromagnetic energy sources for the targeted delivery of energy directly to the elements of plant raw materials to initiate the hybrid process is formulated. Implementation of such a process can intensify diffusion processes by orders of magnitude. The article solves the task of visual confirming the existence of a hybrid process, studying the mechanisms of its formation, obtaining quantitative dependences of the influence of key factors on the energy and kinetics of the process. A description of the experimental stand and research results that determine the scientific novelty of the work are given. The obtained data were used in the organization of the extraction process in innovative microwave devices. It is shown that circulation devices are more productive compared to traditional ones. This fact is the main applied result of the work. In addition, a basic technological line based on the system of innovative technologies developed at the Department of Processes, Equipment and Energy Management is presented.
