Анотація

В статті відображено один з варіантів вирішення технічної проблеми, пов’язаної зі складністю вимірювання температури в об’ємі дослідного зразка, що обробляється в середовищі потужного мікрохвильового електромагнітного поля. Задля розкриття змісту і важливості проблеми, стаття відображає поточний етап експериментів та їх місце в комплексі досліджень процесів мікрохвильового сушіння
рослинної сировини. З метою спрощення процесу вирішення подібних проблем іншими дослідниками,
стаття ілюструє процес вирішення проблеми шляхом вибору конкретних зразків обладнання та програмного забезпечення, використаних в ході розробки дослідного стенду і методів досліджень.
The paper describes one of the variants of solving the technical problems associated with the complexity of
measuring the temperature in the test sample is processed in the environment of a powerful electromagnetic
field. For disclosure of the content and importance of the problem, the article reflects the current stage of
experiments and their place in the complex research of the processes of microwave drying of vegetable raw
materials. To simplify the process of solving such problems by other researchers, the article illustrates the
process of solving problems by selecting specific models of equipment and software used in the course of stand
development research and research methods.
