Анотація
Описано принцип роботи кавітаційного реактора пульсаційного типу. Визначено режимні параметри оптимальної дії кавітаційних ефектів для екстрагування з рослинної сировини. Представлено технологічні характеристики розробленого апарата. Експериментально підтверджено інтенсифікацію
процесу екстрагування з рослинної сировини при ініціюванні кавітаційних ефектів.
In this study, the principle of work of cavitation reactor pulsation type is describes. The operating
parameters of the optimal effect of cavitation effects to extract from plant material showed. The technological
characteristics of the developed equipment presented. The intensification of the process of extraction from plant
raw materials at the initiation of cavitation effects experimentally validated.
